SUMMER CAMPS

Wonder Theatre Summer Camps are filled with action, drama, suspense, laughter, and music, of course! Our Summer Camps offer kids of all skill levels, ages 5-18, the opportunity to explore their creative talents, make new friends, and develop an education & interest for the performing arts. Summer Theatre Camp at Wonder Theatre are educational and exciting while pushing our students to be imaginative and create something new!

 

Heroes & Villains

📅 June 1-5 from 9 AM - 12 PM
🎶 Ages 5-11
🌟 Class Size: Max 20 students
💎 Cost: $250

Play both sides of the story! Students will learn and perform songs from different Fairy Tale based musicals such as Descendants, Shrek, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Frozen, and The Little Mermaid. Students will have the opportunity to transform into a hero or villain and perform in a showcase at the end of the week!

Stage Safari

Be the ruler of the Jungle! Students will perform songs and scenes that have a wild animal/jungle theme such as from The Lion King, Madagascar, Tarzan the Musical, and The Jungle Book. At the end of the week, students will channel their inner animals in a performance showcase!

Camp Teatro

📅 June 8-12 from 9 AM - 4 PM
🎶 Ages 7-18
🌟 Class Size: Max 30 students

Things are heating up in camp this Summer! Students will learn songs and scenes from Latin themed musicals such as In the Heights, West Side Story, On Your Feet, and the music of the iconic singer, Selena Quintanilla. Students will show off what they’ve learned at the end of the week showcase!

Musical Theatre Dance Intensive

📅 June 15-19 from 9 AM - 4 PM
🎶 Ages 7-18
🌟 Class Size: Max 30 students

Move your body to the rhythm! Students will explore all styles of musical theatre dance through technique, combinations, and full musical pieces. At the end of the week, we’ll share videos of their polished dance pieces!

The Young Producers Workshop

📅 July 13-17 from 9 AM - 4 PM
🎶 Ages 7-18
🌟 Class Size: Max 30 students

Go behind the scenes this summer! Students will work to produce their own musical performance together and will write scenes, choose songs, and create costumes/props. They will also learn introductory skills in directing and stage management. At the end of the week, students will come together to perform the musical they created!

Camp Rock n’Roll

Get ready to rock the stage! Students will learn songs/scenes from musicals such as School of Rock, Rock of Ages, Rent, Grease, and We Will Rock You. Then, they’ll channel their inner rockstars to do a electrifying performance showcase at the end of the week!
