Student Shout-Out

Celebrate your student's involvement in their production by creating a dedicated Shout-Out Ad for their show's playbill!

How to Order

  1. Fill out the Google Form (click here or the button below)

  2. Once the Google Form is submitted, we will send you a link to purchase the ad(s).

  3. Your order is complete! We will follow up to confirm your ad purchase.

We will reach out to you if there are any issues with your ad. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING THE AD FOR YOUR STUDENT. Please submit a COMPLETED shout-out ad in the correct size (view sizing requirements below).

If you cannot make the ad yourself, please get in touch with the theatre, and we can do it for an additional fee.

SHOUT OUT ADS CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED FOR STUDENT PRODUCTION PLAYBILLS, NOT CAMP SHOWCASES, BRAVO PERFORMANCES, OR RECITALS.

Ad Sizes/Prices

  • Full Page Black & White - $125 (5x7 inches)

  • Half Page Black & White - $75 (5x3.5 inches)

  • Quarter Page Black & White - $45 (2.5x3.25 or 5x1.75 inches)

Submission Deadlines

For each production, purchase AND submit your ad by the following deadlines:

  • Matilda JR. - July 11

  • The Addams Family Youth Edition and Teen Cast - September 22

  • Mary Poppins JR. - November 24

Exact placement will be determined by the final layout.
