Ticket Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds. A $2 fee per ticket will be applied to all exchanges. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund may be issued at the theatre's discretion. All discounted tickets require a valid ID and will be held at Will-Call for verification.
Due to occupancy regulations for the building, everyone regardless of age needs a ticket. Children (including infants) may sit on a parents lap but will need their own ticket.
We offer discounted ticket prices to children, undergrad and graduate students, seniors, military and first responders for our mainstage shows. In order to receive a discounted ticket, all parties must present their ID at the door. Patrons of 55+ years are considered seniors. All active and non-active military qualify for a discounted ticket.
BEWARE OF SCAMMERS! At Wonder Theatre, we want each and every patron to have a wonderful time, and that includes ensuring that everyone has valid and legitimate tickets. We highly recommend purchasing ONLY from our official websites at wondertheatre.org and wondertheatreacademy.org, and through our box office at 210-267-8388.
Unless it’s from a trusted family or friend, we urge patrons to beware of third party vendors or websites that are “selling” tickets to any of our shows.
Adult Group Ticket Discounts
Purchase Adult tickets for your group of 10 or more and receive 20% off your entire order. To receive 20% off your Group order, the purchase of 10 or more tickets needs made in one single transaction.
Group Orders need to be done directly through the Wonder Theatre Box Office, either in person or over the phone during Box Office hours every Wednesday - Saturday from 2pm-5pm. Call the Box Office at 210-267-8388 for assistance in purchasing your Group tickets.
Wheelchair Accessible Seating
Wonder Theatre seating includes seven spaces to fit wheelchair accessible patrons. To purchase wheelchair accessible seating, please phone the Box Office during 2-5 pm Wednesdays through Saturdays.
